Commercial Loan Consultant. Seeking accomplished candidates to fill positions in our Commercial Lending Division. Flexible work environment for talented sales professionals who desire above average income. Ideal candidates should be socially connected and proficient in prospecting for new business in a highly competitive sales environment. Must be sharp and demonstrate an ability to learn quickly amidst a constantly changing product line. Position requires excellent presentation skills both verbally and in writing to commercial property owners, investors, real estate brokers, small business owners and other referral sources. Candidates with existing relationships within this sphere of influence or the ability to develop these relationships are strongly preferred. Computer literacy is a must.
Major Accountabilities:
1. Social networking using established business development techniques 2. Identify prospects for commercial mortgage and/or small business financing 3. Consult with borrowers about their funding needs and assist with initial documentation 4. Pre-quaify commercial real estate using software and techniques acquired during in-house training 5. Take commercial loan applications and submit initial loan package to home office for lender pre-approval 6. Present lender terms to borrower, collect due diligence fees and required signatures 7. Maintain open communication with borrower during due diligence to address questions and concens 8. Attend semi-monthly sales conference calls and periodic product training online and/or in person 9. Consultants are expected to build an opportunity pipeline of $5M during first ninety (90) days of hire
Minimum qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Assertive, socially connected types who strive on performance and are people oriented make ideal candidates. Must demonstrate ability to meet production goals, to communicate persuasively and to cross sell. Position offers a combination of commission, bonus and incentives tied to performance. Home Sales & Financing Specialist. Residential Division. Ideal position for candidates who hold a real estate Sales Associate or Broker's license. Add value to your existing customer base. Provide financing options that meet with their qualifications and expedite the home buying process.
Major Accountabilities:
- Consult with home buyers about mortgage goals and objectives
- Pre-qualify buyers for appropriate loan programs and explain documentation processes
- Facilitate completion of mortgage loan applications online, by phone or in person
- Review 1003 for missing information and consult with borrowers to complete
- Obtain credit documentation, electronic signatures and supporting forms as needed in compliance with regulatory guidelines
- Forward loan files electronically to home office for processing and closing
- Review final settlement statement with borrowers and attend loan closing when appropriate
- Maintain contact with cooperating Agents regarding loan status by way of the Network's online document tracking system
- Attend in-house webinars and training on available loan programs for all credit grades and borrower profiles
Minimum qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Active real estate license with a qualified Broker. Licensed FL Mortgage Brokers preferred. Must be actively engaged in residential sales of 1-4 family property. Experienced in developing and implementing sales and marketing plans that meet minimum production goals. Ability to structure financing options that offer a tangible benefit to the borrower and prospective homeowner. Must posses extensive knowledge of the local housing market. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to problem solve. Must be computer literate and internet savvy. Background check.

Lifestyle Merchandizing & Promotion Specialist. Builder Division. Seeking qualified candidate to train for salaried position working for owner/developer. Position requires ability to showcase in our model homes the lifestyle targeted buyers can expect to enjoy. Devise and coordinate model homes that optimize traffic flow and impress prospective buyers. Successful merchandizing and promotion of model homes using on and offsite advertising, real estate websites, public relations and other marketing ideas presented to and approved by the Project Manager. Ability to work independently with little to no supervision. Company paid all day training class. No real estate license needed.
Minimum qualifications: 2-4 years interior design experience as demonstrated by current portfolio and verifiable references. Strong creative flair, people skills and attention to detail. Reliable transportation and evidence of liability insurance.
Major Accountabilities:

Preparing flyers and promotional information for approval by Project Manager

Responding to calls from prospective buyers to show units and models

Scheduling and coordinating open houses

Being present at open houses to hand out marketing materials

Suggest and coordinate interior design elements with prospective buyers as needed

Select, order and coordinate installation of interior design elements

Establish and maintain relationships with wholesale suppliers

Develop budget for interior and exterior design finish work for Project Manager to approve

Monitor and approve project expenses in keeping with established budget

Builder Representative I. Building Division. Seeking licensed associates to solicit new business from local home builders and developers in Florida. Extensive training provided on loan programs designed to move inventory and generate loan applications from end users. Online loan origination and full processing support. Ability to secure and manage a minimum of two builder accounts per quarter that generate mortgage applications. Some leads provided. Additional fee income possible for referrals to Professional Builder Division. Must be able to work independently with little to no supervision. Background check.
Minimum qualifications: High school diploma, or equivalent. Prefer condidates with a strong sales ability as demonstrated by prior experience. Some connection to residential construction industry is helpful. Must be computer literate, people oriented and possess ability to succeed in a competitive environment. Successful candidates must currently hold or meet the qualifications to obtain a FL Mortgage Brokers License within 90 days of start date.

Seeking qualified candidates to solicit new business from professional home builders and developers in your local market who need acquisition, development and construction financing. No construction experience or mortgage license required. Training provided. Must secure one to two accounts per month. Some leads provided by home office and Building Division reps. Additional fee income possible for out-of-state referrals that close. Position requires ability to work independently with little to no supervision. Above average income potential.
Minimum qualifications: HS diploma or equivalent. Qualified candidates should be skilled in sales and ability to meet goals. Professional demeanor and attire. Must be computer literate, have strong people skills, analytical ability and motivation to succeed. Background check.
Major Accountabilities:

Get the word out to professional builders and developers about financing programs we offer to assist them with the purchase and transformation of raw land into build ready subdivisions and the vertical construction of homes within those subdivisions.

Prepare for and participate in local builder functions to promote our acquisition, development and construction loan programs

Create and execute a Business Development Plan

Perform initial interview with prospective applicant using the Subdivision Construction Loan Application. Provide the Financial Statement for applicant to complete.

Educate prospective applicant in the construction financing process, advise applicant about different types of loan products available and demonstrate how closing costs and monthly payments can vary under each product.

Collect financial information (tax returns, bank statements) and other related documents that are part of the application process
-
Maintain regular contact with the applicant, realtors and home office, between application and closing, to keep the interested parties informed of loan status and to gather additional information as needed.

Participate in loan closing, when feasible
